Check in

Not sure where you are?

This does not call anyone. It saves your location where Search and Rescue can check it if someone reports you missing.

Nothing needs to be wrong to check in.

Most people who send this find the trail again. That is fine.

1. Your location

This page needs JavaScript to read your location. It is off, so nothing can be sent.

2. Anything to add? (optional)

Rescuers read this. For example: what you last recognised, which way you have been walking, who is with you.

If you need help now

SAR Helper does not send anyone. Call 911 and follow the operator's instructions.

Call 911 Opens your keypad with 911 typed in. It does not dial.

Low signal? A 911 call can still get through on other networks. Worth trying.
